Yes, from your dashboard. Each number is priced by its country, and all of your numbers share one monthly SMS allowance. You get 10% off numbers when you have 3 or more.
Legacy plans
Applies to existing Backpacker, Nomad, Globetrotter and Business subscriptions.
You can add numbers up to your plan's limit from your dashboard. To add more, upgrade your plan from Account > Billing.
